Most roofs come to us one of two ways. Either it needs replacing, or it needs looking after before it gets to that. We do both, and we'll tell you straight which one you need.

Roof maintenance
A few thousand now, or tens of thousands later.
Screws rust and their sealing washers perish while the roof sheets still have plenty of life left, especially near the coast. Replace the fixings before leaks and sheet damage set in, and the roof keeps going for years. Leave them, and a maintenance job turns into a full reroof.

Do I need a reroof or just a rescrew?
If the sheets are sound and the problem is rusted screws and perished washers, a rescrew holds the roof for years. If the sheets have rusted through, it is a reroof. We look at the whole roof and tell you straight which one it is.
Can you replace my tile roof with metal?
Yes. Tile to tin is one of our main jobs: the tiles come off, new battens and insulation go in, then a Colorbond steel roof tied down with J rods, with the flashings and gutters done in the same job.
Do you do the gutters as well?
Yes. On a reroof or a new build the gutters are part of the job, replaced where they need it. We also clean gutters on their own, as maintenance.
Can I see what my new roof will look like?
Yes. Our roof configurator puts your roof shape, profile and Colorbond colours on a 3D house, and the roof you build comes through with your enquiry. We bring the real colour swatches when we come out.
Do you work on new builds too?
Yes. We roof new homes from the first batten to the last flashing, gutters included, working alongside your builder.
